Hi Everyone,
So far we have somewhat official leaders for the factions with exception to the Free Peoples.
What needs to be done now is we need those leaders to create the official thread for their faction. I can do the grunt work and populate it with the details to support them...after that though its all theirs to run.
The faction leaders will also need to recruit and hold/appoint an FC - Faction Captain and FR - Faction Recruiter.
Officially Manicle is the Group Recruiter and has the right to create stories, etc and run the recruitment campaigns for the group as a whole. The faction recruiters share a similar role...only that they have one job. Recruit for their faction alone. Each position holds a council seat. Faction Captains though are the only ones who can make decisions though when the Faction Leader is not present...say on holidays.
So here are the official factions in list format:
The Platinian Empire (Colors = Red, Dark Blue and Gold) - Leader - MattiusXavier
The Talraenian Empire (Colors = Sand Green, White and Black) - Leader - RBC
The Kingdom of Draconia (Colors = Dark Green and Dark Red) - Leader - TheDonald13
The Kingdom of Eidfjordenhall (Colors = Blue, White and Gold) - Leader - Adam Dodge
The Free Peoples of Brickdom (Colors = Yellow and Black) - Leader
Just to note...the position of leadership is an active role. If the faction does not feel their leader is active enough in the ruling of the faction they can vote to have them removed and hold the right to position this to the Council.
So with that in mind...anyone looking to rule the Free Peoples?
